The first of two men charged with releasing rodents into New Richmond businesses has been convicted.

A second man charged in the incidents, William Francis Curran, 25, New Richmond, was scheduled for a pre-trial conference Feb. 18 at 3:15 p.m. before Judge Scott R. Needham.
