The NRHS annual Food for America and Beyond event consisted of more than 20 stations of animals that produce food for the world and was held on Monday, May 9. The animals were all brought in by high school students, with each student presenting information about their animal to teach students how they are used as food sources across the world.

A group of New Richmond High School students spent part of Thursday morning (May 5) giving presentations to New Richmond elementary students about ways to be safe while dealing with things like cooking in the kitchen, hiking, crossing the street and the dangers of laundry detergent and chemicals around the house. There were a total of 28 stations for the students to visit and learn a different safety lesson.
