It was impossible not to embrace the spirit of the season after watching St. Anne’s Annual Christmas Pageant, shepherds, sheep, and a savior. From Smelly Sheep to donkeys,  shepherds to wise men and angels, this year’s pageant had something for everyone. Sharon Lehner and Mr. Faux had their students from K-8 ready to perform and the students seemed to thoroughly enjoy participating.

Students from K-8 performed before a standing room only crowd at the annual St. Mary’s Christmas Program last Tuesday afternoon in New Richmond. Mrs. Wolf-Halonen and Mrs. Jarchow took turns conducting students through an extensive and entertaining collection of Christmas standards ranging from “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” to “Oh Come All Ye Faithful,” much to the delight of both students and audience members.

A standing room only audience of friends and family filled the Somerset Elementary all purpose room last Wednesday afternoon as kindergartners took to the stage to ring in the holiday spirit at their annual Christmas concert. Accompanied by clapping and stomping, maracas and bells, and the occasional shout-out to mom and dad, the kindergarten choir delivered an entertaining program of holiday favorites from “Jingle Bells” to “All I Want for Christmas is my Two Front Teeth.”
