The results are in….

The unofficial results for local election races are in, as of 8:42 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4.

The only statewide race, state schools superintendent, was called within 30 minutes of polls closing at 8 p.m., according to the Wisconsin State Journal. Incumbent Tony Evers secured a third term leading the state’s Department of Public Instruction, garnering about 70 percent of the votes over challenger, and former Whitnall School District superintendent, Lowell Holtz. Results are as of 9:39 p.m., according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
