State of the State Address by Gov. Walker begins at 3 p.m.
The Wisconsin State of the State Address is an annual speech given by the governor to a joint session of the Wisconsin State Legislature.
This year's address will be held today, Tuesday, Jan. 10, 3 p.m., in the Assembly Chambers at the Wisconsin State Capitol in Madison.
Gov. Walker is expected to discuss the condition and outlook of the state, with comments on Wisconsin's economy, finances, and budget as well as 2017 initiatives.
