MADISON -- Wisconsin will pay a Spanish manufacturer nearly $10 million to settle a lawsuit over high-speed trains.
On Wednesday, the manufacturer, Talgo’s, attorneys filed a court document asking a Dane County Circuit Court judge to dismiss the case.
