The New Richmond High School dance team stole the show at the annual team camp they attended during the final week of June at St. Norbert’s College in Green Bay.

The Tiger dance team earned first place with its new routine that it performed at the camp. Coach Ali Sirek said the team’s “talent and hard work set us apart from other teams. It was fun to see the girls push themselves and take on some challenging classes.” The New Richmond squad also earned some prestigious individual honors at the camp. Team captain Maddie Yehlik won first place in the Turns Competition, captain Kaiya Fox won first place in the Kicks competition and Sophomore Amy Baranowski earned third place in the Leaps competition.

Fox was also awarded the Most Outstanding Dancer award and Sara Nagel was awarded the Rising Star Award. Both dancers were recognized for their hard work and talent on the final day of camp.
