St. Croix Central 2018 graduate Mia Krogseng was a standout in the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association Division 3 All-Star Game.

Krogseng scored 12 points in leading the North squad to an 86-62 victory over the South in the game played at the JustAame Fieldhouse in Wisconsin Dells on June 15. The North also won the Division 2 game, with the South winning in Division 1, 4 and 5.

Krogseng was one of five girls on the North squad to score in double figures, with all five scoring between 10 and 14 points. That balanced attack helped the North team build up a 35-23 lead by halftime. All 10 girls on the North roster scored during the game, while the South only got scoring from six girls.

Krogseng is one of several top area athletes who intend to continue their athletic careers at the University of St. Thomas in the upcoming school year.
