The Chilakoot Bowhunters organization has announced that it will be hosting an Archery Shoot to celebrate its 60th anniversary.
The two-day event will be held the weekend of June 8-9 at the Chilakoot Bowhunters Range, 373 165th Ave. Somerset.
This event features an 80 target 3D Archery Shoot. The Chilakoot Classic consisting of 40 targets will be on Saturday and the Bowhunters Challenge consisting of 40 targets will be on Sunday. The price for a day of shooting is $15 per day, or $25 for both days.
In addition, the event will also consist of a vendor showcase, prize drawings, and a youth/beginner archery range. Kids who want to give archery a try are invited to attend, and bows will be provided free of charge for their use.
Indoor concessions, outdoor barbeque and camping will also be available.
