Ice joy riders face charges
Three college students took a joy ride on a floating ice chunk on the Chippewa River, prompting emergency crews to respond for a rescue operation. Matt Turek, 18, and two friends, ages 19 and 21, purposely went floating down the Chippewa River early Friday morning.
