Perfect scores top Tiger performances at state forensics meet

Perfect scores by Ellie Wacker and David Postma topped the performances by New Richmond students at the 2017 Wisconsin High School State Forensics Association state competition on April 21-22 in Madison.

With their perfect 25 scores, Wacker and Postma earned state gold medals and Critic's Choice Awards. Wacker competed in farrago and Postma competes in solo acting.

Students who received scores of 23 and 24 are silver medalists at the state contest. Earning silver medals for New Richmond this year were Aaron Tenner, Teresa Tenner, Hannah Meisner and Emmy Leeson.

Students who received scores of 21 and 22 are considered bronze medalists at the state meet. Andrew Kilibarda is a state bronze medalist.
