City outlines timeline for planning and zoning process related to ICA applications
The city of New Richmond will host a community meeting to solicit public input regarding the Immigration Centers of America (ICA) applications for certified survey map and re-zoning that the city received on April 4 and April 5.
The New Richmond Plan Commission and city council will review the applications in accordance with the city’s normal application process.
All rezoning applications the city of New Richmond receives are given the same process that includes a public hearing in front of the Plan Commission and review and action by the city council. City staff will provide standard reports to the plan commission and city council.

- April 23 (4:30-9 p.m) - Community Conversation Public Forum at WITC New Richmond
- May 7 (6 p.m.) - Plan commission meeting and special city council meeting at WITC New Richmond
