    Three aces recorded in August at New Richmond Golf Club

    Three area golfers had something to celebrate at the New Richmond Golf Club in August.

    Three golfers sank holes-in-one at NRGC in August.

    The most recent of those came on Wednesday, Aug. 29. Jack Cullen of River Falls used a gap wedge club to sink his ace on the 105-yard 17th hole.

    Mark Gallagher of Maplewood struck a hole-in-one on Friday, Aug. 24. His ace came on hole #7, using a 5-hybrid to cover the 165 yards.

    The first ace of the month was made by Doug Wakefield of Hudson on Aug. 8. His also came on hole #17, using a 9-iron to cover the 150 yards.
